Procurement of goods and services
Preparing and sending inquiries to suppliers/contractors and analyzing received offers
Preparing and drafting tender documentation and analyzing bids from tenders
Negotiating and contracting procurement terms while optimizing procurement costs
Creating purchase orders, reports, and analyses from the BI system
Monitoring the implementation of the annual procurement plan by product groups
Business communication and maintaining relationships with suppliers/contractors
Market research of new suppliers/contractors, goods/services, and trends
Handling complaints with suppliers/contractors
Visiting fairs in Croatia and abroad as needed
Monitoring and applying existing and new legal regulations related to the scope of work
Active cooperation with other company departments to improve procurement and other processes

Requirements:

Secondary school diploma or higher (preferably in economics)
Minimum 2 years of work experience in procurement
Category B driving license
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility
