- Development and maintenance of BI solutions (reports, dashboards, analyses)
- Working with databases and ETL processes
- Data analysis and support for business decisions
- Collaboration with different teams (operations, IT, finance, sales, marketing, revenue)
- Optimization and automation of reporting
- Development and implementation of predictive models and data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Experience with ETL tools and processes
- Understanding of hotel business processes and data analysis
- Experience in analyzing key metrics for the hotel industry
- Ability to create and interpret visualizations and reports
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Advantage: Programming knowledge (Laser Line)
