- Oversee daily office operations and People administrative tasks.
- Provide general support to employees.
- Coordinate hardware assets and communicate with our HQ IT team on resolving technical issues
- Help with the office layout and maintain an organized workspace.
- Maintain communication with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, and conferences.
- Detect and fix office-related issues promptly.
- Create a great working environment, following sustainable practices.
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office standards.
- Manage employee benefits administration and processes, including health insurance and Multisport programs.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
- Proactive and can-do work attitude.
- Fluent in English and Croatian.
