
Customer Activation Manager Adriatics (fixed-term)

- Building expert knowledge in our key categories and sharing this with the customer in order to build long-term partnerships and increase profit and sales
- Continuous analysis of the customer's position, works together with the Sr. Customer / Trade Marketing Manager and Key Account Team to develop plans to ensure Reckitt market share gain and category expansion for the key retailers
- Able to work independently on IQVIA, Nielsen, Focus, Dunnhumby/DM/RM databases to do full 4Ps analysis on distributions, promotion best practices, competition monitoring and getting category/ consumer insights for developing strong Brand Plans fitting into customer strategy
- Continuous analysis of competition and customer's position
- Develop and actively use Sales reporting and monitoring systems (4P, share, customer financials, competition)
- Take active part in 4P LSM reviews and implementation and follow up on agreed action plans
- Monitor and benchmark customer performance against 4P targets
- Ensure fast NPD/EPD listings and distribution gaps closing via compelling tailored category trade stories
- Lead Local meetings to ensure strong drive and follow up towards Sales
- Prepare 4Ps Customer Plans (both Action Plans and Follow Up Plans) and competition overview
- Give regular update on the category performance/4Ps, insights and Action Plans to the Sr TCMM, and KAMs
- Plans and tracks TCM budget
- Bachelor's degree ideally in a business-related subject
- Minimum 2 years FMCG experience in Sales (key account management) or Trade Marketing is a must, in Marketing is advantageous
- Fluent English and Croatian
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, Strong Dunnhumby knowledge is an advantage
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
