- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product issues
- Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat
- Support customers over the phone during hotline hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00)
- Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system
- Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers
- Communicate exclusively in the customer's native language
- Fluent in German / Dutch / Swedish / Danish / Finnish / Czech / Italian (B2-C1 level)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
- Reliable, solution-oriented, and a great team player
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Indefinite contract with probation period of 6 months
