In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for local and global HR operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and internal HR communications—making a real difference in the daily experience of our people. You’ll support the delivery of HR initiatives that foster a thriving, inclusive workplace.In addition to supporting Croatia, this role will also provide HR support to Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, and North Macedonia, helping ensure consistency, collaboration, and employee engagement across the region.What You’ll Do✔️ Consolidate payroll input for all countries and work with the payroll providers to ensure monthly payroll calculations, taxes, declarations and other elements
✔️ Handle local benefits and data management✔️ Support employee onboarding and offboarding in line with global processes✔️ Advise managers and employees on HR policies, tools, and services
✔️ Drive local initiatives around culture, well-being, and diversity & inclusion
✔️ Support local and global HR projects
✔️ Support internal HR communications and help shape a strong employer brand
✔️ Support annual people processes (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys)
✔️ Promote effective use of tools like Workday and support reporting needs
✔️ Collaborate with cross-country stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of regional HR activitiesWhat We’re Looking For
✅ 2–5 years of experience in HR payroll and operations, internal communications, or related fields
✅ Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices across different countries would be preffered
✅ Solid understanding of payroll processes
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Communications, or a related area
✅ Strong organizational and project management skills
✅ Fluent in Croatian and English; knowledge of other regional languages (Hungarian, Slovenian, Bosnian, Montenegrin, Serbian, Macedonian) is an advantage.
