Experience with web-based application testing
Experience with mobile-based application testing
Experience with integration testing between applications
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
Deep understanding of technical field and area of practice backed by professional experience
Can predict potential issues on the project, communicate, and provide solutions for those issues
Experience with some management tools (Jira, TeamWork, Notion, etc.)
Profound understanding of QA principles and processes
Good understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
Good knowledge of API testing
Good understanding of Agile Software Development Methodologies
Good team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding the business value and risks of all given aspects (project, company, business, customers)
High proficiency in English in both written and verbal form

Responsibilities

Working on a variety of projects - small to large in timeline and complexity
Mentoring and educating other QAs and working on general processes
Focusing on problem-solving and system/application architecture and connecting all the parts.
Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications to determine quality assurance parameters
Taking the role of a lead without explicitly being instructed
Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and customer feedback and prioritization
Has a long-term vision in terms of the project and goals
Documents results; offers observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
Proficient in communication, sets the communication standard for other team members
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

Advantages
