- Build deep knowledge of SAFR’s hardware and software solutions for video surveillance.
- Provide technical expertise and direct support to customers on issues involving software, hardware, cameras, facial recognition, and related data processing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain QA automation pipelines, and related deployment systems.
- Create automated tests to measure face recognition performance and system reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology/engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience with Python for automation and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with Linux internals and system administration.
- Understanding of service architectures and REST APIs.
- Experience with QA automation practices.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (monitoring and automated testing).
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Proxmox, Ansible, and Git version control (e.g., GitLab).
- English language proficiency.
- Familiarity with AWS services is a plus (EC2, ELB, CloudWatch).
