
Senior Product Manager (RCS Telco Products)

- Discover customer needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives.
- Define a clear product vision, strategy and road-map for our RCS MaaP and MSP solutions.
- Share the vision of the products with all of the stakeholders: customers, management, engineering, marketing, sales and other teams.
- Present and promote our product(s) on specialized internal and external workshops, industry related webinars, live events, roadshows.
- Be a subject expert point of contact for the internal and external stakeholders regarding our products.
- Build the products together with engineering and design teams, based on market discovery, competitive landscape and incorporated with complementary Infobip platform capabilities.
- Achieve company readiness to launch new products and features by removing roadblocks.
- Scale the products for the customers by using our internal IT Infrastructure such as private cloud, integrations with public clouds and IaaS capabilities including automating provisioning of network, compute and storage resources.
- Support local teams by educations, defining GTM product fit and supporting on initial pitch online and in person where needed.
- Experience in the Business Messaging and CPaaS space.
- Experience working with or for Telcos.
- Experience in leading multiple products.
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams, communicating product vision, sharing feature definition, and managing product release; able to get ‘under the skin’ of the product to understand it’s technical implementation within the Infobip stack and wider ecosystem.
- Worked on end-to-end software product life cycle from discovery to delivery.
- Experience with market research and product testing.
- Good knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies.
- Experience in optimizing product management process.
- Strong understanding and experience with agile methodologies, Scrum, LESS, Kanban or others.
- Ability to communicate with, and influence decision-making at, all levels within an organization.
- Fluent in English.
- An excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment.
- A willingness and ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Comfortable with public speaking, such as on stage at an industry event, and when networking with industry peers.
- Willingness to represent Infobip and our Products at industry events either online or in person.
- Able to travel and participate in in-person meetings and events with Telcos, industry experts, customers and partners.
- For collaboration purposes, we would prefer you to be located in any country where Infobip currently operates, that is within GMT +/- 2 hours.
