Our offices are in Zagreb, Bjelovar and Varaždin and we have a development center in Kragujevac, Serbia. That's why we focus on a personalized development plan as well as providing training to each of our employees to encourage their continued technical growth and development of knowledge.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is interested in contributing to our project within the hospitality domain.Your day-to-day would look like:
  • Contributing to application solution development and collaborating with business users and the development team.
  • Collecting, managing, and analyzing client or user requirements for IT systems.
  • Performing detailed business system analysis, specifying requirements for both business users and the development team.
  • Proactively assessing the impact of new requirements on existing systems.
  • Supporting the technical development team in interpreting requirements and resolving issues.
  • Defining criteria for successful customer delivery, functional tests, and collaborating on their implementation.
  • Organizing software solution verification by key users (UAT).
  • Participating in the development of user documentation and ensuring continuous quality and customer satisfaction.
You fit this position if you have:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis methods and tools.
  • Proficiency in the methodology of the development process.
  • Basic understanding of software systems.
  • Familiarity with methodologies and tools for business process modeling and managing customer requirements.
  • Excellent English skills (minimum B2 level) - both written and spoken.
