
Senior Service Technician

- Analysis of errors/failures (HW, SW, technological and/or process problems).
- Communication with and/or raising a blocking issue to central service as needed (at the regional level, Siemens globally, etc.).
- Equipment/device training, independent troubleshooting and repair of equipment/devices, also training/education/technical consulting for customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and post-sales and pre-sales (if possible).
- Commissioning of products/devices/equipment (at the customer's request), and preventive maintenance.
- Compliance with legal regulations and rules (e.g., occupational safety) and other tasks as advised by the immediate supervisor, senior manager, director, or management.
- 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of products, and programming language knowledge if needed
- Knowledge of systems and equipment
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (technical terminology)
- MS Office proficiency
