  • take care of the functioning and maintenance of business premises
  • ensure cleanliness and proper supply of auxiliary rooms, meeting rooms, and classrooms (procurement of groceries, hygiene supplies, and office materials)
  • independently handle minor maintenance tasks and coordinate external contractors for larger works
  • welcome guests and partners at the reception, serve them, and keep records
  • organize deliveries of packages and mail
  • manage business correspondence and administrative/secretarial tasks
  • take care of the vehicle fleet (taking cars for technical inspections, registration, servicing, tire changes, and cleaning)
We are looking for you because:
  • you have at least a secondary school diploma (SSS)
  • you hold a category B driver’s license and are confident driving in the city
  • you have experience in administrative work and facility maintenance coordination
  • you have strong communication skills and can easily interact with different people
  • you actively use English in both spoken and written communication
  • you can independently plan and complete tasks according to agreed priorities
