- take care of the functioning and maintenance of business premises
- ensure cleanliness and proper supply of auxiliary rooms, meeting rooms, and classrooms (procurement of groceries, hygiene supplies, and office materials)
- independently handle minor maintenance tasks and coordinate external contractors for larger works
- welcome guests and partners at the reception, serve them, and keep records
- organize deliveries of packages and mail
- manage business correspondence and administrative/secretarial tasks
- take care of the vehicle fleet (taking cars for technical inspections, registration, servicing, tire changes, and cleaning)
- you have at least a secondary school diploma (SSS)
- you hold a category B driver’s license and are confident driving in the city
- you have experience in administrative work and facility maintenance coordination
- you have strong communication skills and can easily interact with different people
- you actively use English in both spoken and written communication
- you can independently plan and complete tasks according to agreed priorities
- you strive for quality work and continuous learning and improvement
