- Creating, maintaining and monitoring employee records, updating internal databases and systems;
- Collecting necessary documentation from new employees, preparing contracts, and other administrative tasks in accordance with labor legislation and internal corporate strategy;
- Monitoring the progress of employment contracts, keeping records of contract extensions, annexes;
- Preparing appropriate documentation upon employees' requests if needed;
- Preparing, processing, and archiving all employment-related documentation;
- Preparing and publishing job advertisements and managing the records;
- Supporting the candidate selection process;
- Monitoring student work records and related costs, communicating with student organizations/agencies;
- Assisting in payroll processing by providing updated employee information - all employment-related changes such as new employee information, sick leave records, monitoring work records, communication with payroll agency, registration of employees in legally required systems;
- Communicating with institutions related to labor law;
- Providing all necessary information to occupational safety and fire protection service providers and ensuring proper management of related documentation;
- Organizing internal events;
- Participating in various HR projects;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration;
- University degree in economics, law, psychology, or other HR-related fields;
- Ability to communicate fluently in English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical approach;
- Proactive attitude in solving challenges;
- Precision, ethics, and high responsibility toward work;
- Driving license category B
- Work contract for indefinite period of time with 6 months probation period
- Working in a well-established international company;
