You've come to the right place.As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing strategic client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and shaping tailor-made IT solutions that drive real value. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Identify client needs and align them with Span’s range of IT services and solutions
Proactively suggest relevant technologies and solutions to Span’s clients based on their needs and industry trends
Identify and realize new business opportunities
Present tailor-made solutions to our clients
Estimate service costs, prepare proposals and draft projects
Coordinate internal teams involved in client projects
Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up in coordination with the finance team
Keep CRM data up to date and manage all related activities and processes
Plan and forecast revenue streams
Participate in corporate and public tenders
Drive revenue and profit growth through the sale of our products and services

We could be a perfect fit if you:

Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and are ready to contribute to the growth of a large international company
Have a good understanding of IT concepts, the market, and the industry – you’re comfortable speaking with IT Managers at large companies as your peers and are motivated to support their digital transformation
Are a people person, and you genuinely enjoy building trust through strong, long-term relationships
Are proactive and attentive to client needs, know the right services for them and consistently suggest fresh, valuable solutions
Are eager to deepen your expertise and grow into a specialist role within a specific area of IT services
Hold a technical or business university degree
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
Have a valid driver’s license
