You will play a critical role in supporting commissioning teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the integrity and availability of project documentation across multiple sites.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
  • Maintain and manage all company and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper storage.
  • Ensure documentation is correctly numbered, logged, distributed, and archived in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, commissioning teams, and other stakeholders to collect and track documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and manage the document review and approval process.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update documentation to ensure alignment with company policies and quality standards.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to documentation and information requests.
  • Provide training to internal staff on document control systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to client personnel regarding documentation and control system operation.
  • Implement and continuously improve document control procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and commissioning documentation packages.
What You'll BringWe're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.You should have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in records management or related fields are an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, records management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across EMEA (approximately 50% of the time).
