In this role, you will play a key part in supporting supervisors, engineers, and commissioning teams by ensuring documentation is correctly organised, reviewed, archived, and readily accessible.This position is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys structure, systems, and supporting project teams in dynamic construction and engineering environments-while being actively present on customer sites across EMEA.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
  • Maintain and manage all company and project documents, ensuring they are accurate, current, and properly stored.
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly numbered, logged, tracked, distributed, filed, and archived.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to collect and manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review, update, and verify documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training to internal staff on document control procedures and systems.
  • Support client personnel with documentation related to control systems when required.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external documentation requests.
  • Track and manage document review and approval workflows.
  • Implement and maintain document control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
What You'll BringWe're looking for an organised, detail-focused, and proactive individual. You should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (additional technical or administrative qualifications are an advantage).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, records management, construction administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across EMEA (approximately 50%).
