Position of Transport Operator requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
  • Providing daily supervision of logistic partner activities: preparing orders, deliveries, coordinating TMS, managing pallet.
  • Coordinating transport flows and contacting daily transport company.
  • Preparing different logistics reports and analytics (DGO, DC perft, LOGR, OTFR).
  • Administrating costs: creating PO, booking of costs (SAP, TMS).
  • Monitoring and reporting KPI.
  • Contributing and targeting CO2.
  • Identifying and coordinating cost optimization opportunities thought logistics channel.
  • Participating in weekly audits in 3PL (Loading/ unloading of the goods, EHS & QE Standards).
  • Coordinating business improvement strategies and setting up SLAs with divisions, marketing, supply and business partners.
  • Contributing and supporting different local and global projects.

  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in similar field
  • Has great analytical skills and is resourceful
  • Is results oriented and has strong problem-solving abilities
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Has strong communicational and collaboration skills
  • Works with responsibility and autonomy
  • Has strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Is fluent in English and Croatian language
  • Knowledge of different data analytics & visualization tools, and digital tools is an advantage (SAP, TMS, PowerBI, Google Analytics)
