Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to: Service ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customer to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.The work model for the role is #Onsite . This role is contributing to the Service business in Zagreb.You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Performing service tasks such as installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.) for LW and MV products.
  • Managing online technical support for customers, sales team and partners.
  • Performing service works according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standards.
  • Preparing the service reports and records needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Planning, coordinating, leading and directing activities for self and team to maximize productivity, utilization and profitability.
  • Understanding customer and market dynamics and implementing strategy consistent with ABB objectives, reaching out to customers to grow service opportunities & suggest recommendations to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or High School technical Diploma
  • You are highly skilled in working with MV & LV equipments
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of MV & LV Equipment with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field service activities.
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office platforms
  • You are captivated by leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • You are at ease communicating in Croatian and English
  • You hold current driving license valid in Croatia to be able to travel to domestic and/or international sites
