We have airline, aircraft leasing, airport, MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul), OEM, airline IT and government customers… so you can imagine our daily challenge: finding the data and figuring out the best way to process, manipulate and visualise it on our platforms and making it available through our channels the way customers want it.We currently have 80+ employees, and our Development team consists of:

VP Software Engineering (Belgrade)
Five Backend Developers (Belgrade and Zagreb)
Two Frontend Developers (Zagreb)
One Quality Assurance Specialist (Zagreb)
Two Business Analysts (Bangkok and Chiang Mai)

Since our Development team is not working from one office, we are flexible when it comes to your location of work. We think it makes the most sense if you are in Zagreb or Belgrade.Read more about position below:We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS services and Docker to join our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams, automate processes, and improve deployment frequency, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
Utilize Docker for containerization of applications, managing Docker images and containers.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues and outages.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates.
Ensure systems and processes meet relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA, SOC 2).
Hands-on experience working with compliance standards, including assessing compliance status, deploying necessary security measures, and supporting successful compliance audits.
Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and remediation activities (including assessing and managing external vendors).
Document processes, company policies, system configurations, and deployment procedures.

Communicate openly and effectively in English with colleagues, including coworkers in remote offices and people in other departments.

You might be a great fit if you have:

Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies.
Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in a cloud environment.

At least 3 years of experience in DevOps positions
Experience with large and/or complex SQL databases, given our product’s data heaviness
Well-versed in using shell, know your way around servers and have a few favourite CLI tools in your tool belt
