Join us in shaping the future of finance.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Officer to oversee and coordinate all HR administrative activities across Exante’s jurisdictions. This role will be responsible for managing employee documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and acting as a key liaison with external labor-related authorities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-minded, and experienced in international HR administration.Reporting Line - HR ManagerWorksite: Remote/ Hybrid depending on locationResponsibilitiesManage, plan, and coordinate the execution of employment contracts (various schemes) across all jurisdictions where Exante operates.Liaise with external authorities related to labor law to ensure full compliance across markets, including managing audits and inspections.Provide expert HR administrative support to internal stakeholders (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Sales, Compliance, HR Officers) when entering new markets.Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, including HRIS data entry and management.Oversee the maintenance of all employee documentation in line with local labor legislation, including personnel files, contracts, amendments, and labor books.Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and automation within HR Administration.Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR data for internal and corporate reporting.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
