We are on an exciting journey, establishing a European team to maintain a high level of quality in our services. You will join an existing team stationed in different areas of Europe and work across all our locations. Your role will involve managing and delivering professional problem management, coordinating, analyzing, and identifying root causes for some of the largest, most complex, and strategically significant problems in Nexi - all in order to ensure stable and secure operation in both internal tech and supplier applications and infrastructure. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuous improvement in our processes, providing input, and generating ideas to enhance the overall quality across Nexi.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Support management of the access management infrastructure for the whole Group
- Support access management projects and design activities to respond to complex requirements focused on cybersecurity
- Liaise with the applications team, IT operations team and cyber security team for developing, designing and implementing IAM solutions
- Work and troubleshoot complex access amanagement integration issues with identity repositories
- Support design and implementation of Strong Cuystomer Atuthentication solutions based on organization requirements using risk based approach
- Coordinates security activities on various platforms, applications and systems, ensuring access is granted in accordance with global CIAM policy, established standards and procedures

- At least 3 years of experience in complex organizations working on customer identity mgmt platforms
- Degree in engineering or other technical disciplines
- Ability to support the development of comprehensive enterprise IAM frameworks, guidelines and best practices
- Liaise with the applications team, IT operations team and cyber security team for developing, designing and implementing IAM solutions
- Work and troubleshoot complex IAM integration issues with identity repositories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)
- Support the design and Implementation of Role Based Access Controls, Multi-Factor authentication, Conditional access and MFA
- Certifications and/or knowledge of the main reference standards and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with coworkers in an international work environment
- A high degree of commitment and flexibility
- Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
- Awareness of financial industry standards (like PCI DSS) will be considered as an advantage
