Infobip’s regions in scope: EMEA, LatAm, APAC, and North America. Through constant interaction with the market and customers, this role will focus on diving deep into the industry to create relevant solutions for customer challenges across their journey. You will be responsible for the continuous growth of customers and revenue in those industries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the latest trends in e-commerce and retail, particularly in omnichannel adoption and impact, digital transformation, and customer experience.
  • Leverage learnings to formulate value propositions for solutions on the Infobip platform that address customer pain points throughout their customer journey.
  • Design and implement a value-based go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the retail and e-commerce verticals for Infobip to acquire new business and grow existing relationships.
  • Actively collaborate with sales squads on high-value deals, providing expertise and support throughout the sales process.
  • Work with a broader team to create industry-specific solution packages and ensure their successful deployment across the global sales force and marketing departments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM activities for significant business opportunities, ensuring alignment, progress, and results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce and retail industries with a deep understanding of omnichannel strategies.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a strategic role developing and executing commercial strategies, preferably in a CPaaS or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sales teams and support high-value transactions.
  • Experience in designing and executing GTM strategies and scaling solutions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in project management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey and customer experience optimization.
  • Fluent English.
