Receiving and processing bookings via phone and email
Offering guidance and details about available offers and accommodation facilities
Selling accommodation capacities and actively negotiating
Creating personalized accommodation offers based on guests' needs and preferences, and tracking offer statuses
Close collaboration within the team, as well as with other sales departments and hotel staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher education (preferably in economics or hospitality and tourism)
Proficiency in English paired with Italian or German
High level of verbal and written business communication skills
Strong sales skills
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Experience in the tourism sector (hotel or agency business; ideally in reception, telephone sales, or customer support)
Advantage for candidates familiar with hotel management software and applications
Strong organizational skills
Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork ability
