Primarily work on leasing and sale advisory for business clients
Learn how to advise local and international clients, work with an experienced mentor, and work alongside senior consultants on numerous interesting projects
Actively be involved in the project transaction process with a focus on client communication, attendance at client meetings, aiming to support sales and negotiation processes
Maintain a highly professional appearance and act in line with high ethical standards and integrity
Produce proposals, brochures and related marketing/offer packages for clients
Be heavily involved in cold calling and prospecting for new business and following up on leads and opportunities to assist in closing deals
Assist with site tours and property presentations
Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities, along with keeping the confidentiality of our database and records
Uvjeti
2-3 years of experience in a client-oriented service industry, preferably with exposure to commercial real estate
Native Croatian speaker with excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
A valid driving license is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude with a proactive and results-driven approach
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Skilled in delivering presentations and supporting sales efforts with strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Reliable and disciplined in all aspects of the job, ensuring high-quality performance and outcomes
