The focus of the project is on delivering an end-to-end integrated payment platform that covers the entire payment flow. As a Technical Writer, you will build relationships and collaborate across the organization to deliver developer first documentation for payment solutions by describing APIs and SDKs (Web and Mobile).Sounds interesting? Document new products, features, APIs and SDKs
Document standards, guidelines, and best practices for engineers
Organize and curate documentation and make it easily discoverable
Improve and maintain internal team created content through curation and training
Work with payment experts and software engineers, QAs, developer facing technical content consisting of guides, specifications, and product details document product offerings related to our developer first API offering
What we are looking for in a Technical Writer is:
Experience in Technical Writing
4+ years of experience in the IT industry
Strong experience with technology principles, including RESTful APIs, Swagger, Postman, SDKs (Web and Mobile), authentication, programming languages and version control
Experience with structured authoring tools and content management systems e.g. TYPO3, Docusaurus
Familiarity with technical writing standards and style guides
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
It would be cool if you also have, but it’s not necessary:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience and technical knowledge of mobile development iOS or Android
Experience writing about backend languages like Ruby, Go, Python, PHP, Node, Java or C#
Experience in the payments industry for print or online consumption
Experience creating automated documentation tools
Experience with large information architecture projects
Experience working with a team of technical writers
Experience with writing documentation in Markup
Knowledge of tools for editing images and diagrams
Experience with writing publicly facing documentation for developers
