Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience in backend development, especially building APIs and scalable services
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers)
Familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
Understanding of probability, statistics, and machine learning algorithms
Very good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g.,PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, also Azure or GCP)
Knowledge of cloud-native development, serverless functions, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD
(Nice to Have) Experience with computer vision tasks or multimodal models
Familiarity with the full web stack, including RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and performance optimization
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Solid understanding of OOP principles
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Excellent written and spoken English
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant field
Eligibility to work in Croatia

What will you do

Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
Design and develop backend services using Nest.js and/or Python-based frameworks
Build and deploy applications that integrate LLMs and LangChain
Prototype and fine-tune machine learning models based on project needs
Use AWS to deploy and scale backend services and databases
Work on diverse, AI-driven projects across industries (e.g., NLP, data processing, document automation)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features
Contribute to process automation, tooling, and infrastructure improvements
Stay up to date with the latest in AI/LLM advancements
