The opportunityOur Forensic & Integrity Services (Forensics) team is growing and as a Forensic and Integrity Services Manager, you will play a key role in that growth. Working with clients across all industries, you will develop innovative approach to some of the most complex fraud and corruption issues around. Since we work with such a diverse portfolio of clients across industries and geographies, you can expect to take on a wide range of various forensic investigations and at the other side also fraud prevention and detection projects, making this a great place to develop your skills and business knowledge. Sounds interesting?Your key responsibilitiesAs all clients have unique issues, it is no exaggeration to say you will never be doing the same type of client engagement. As a Manager in the Forensics team, you are required to lead and grow a team and to provide strategic sourcing services related to regulatory compliance, corporate governance, fraud risk assessments, enterprise risk management, internal controls to our clients and most important forensic investigations of fraud issues and possible help to client's lawyers on the area of EY dispute services. You are also required to assist organizations to maintain effective and efficient controls, in order to manage organizational and strategic risks. You will be responsible for managing multiple client engagement teams at an executive level within the practice and the firm. You can expect to work with high level client personnel to addressvarious client's issues. You will provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complexand specialized issues. You are required to work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with good practice standards on forensic investigations areas (such as ACFE) and advise clients to understand to investigate fraud and manage risks on the same area.To qualify for the role you must have:

A strong knowledge and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in forensic investigation, audit, accounting, anti-fraud, compliance, internal control, AML&CFT and/or risk management standards, with a proven track record of outstanding performance
Experience in leading teams as well as mentoring more junior colleagues
Proven track record of high-quality deliverables to clients
Excellent academic background including a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other appropriate academic major (Mathematics, Computer Science and Data Science degrees with a professional experience in areas of Forensics are also encouraged to apply)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in understanding and analyzing company accounts and financial information, processes, policies and procedures
Knowledge on the fields of Investigations & Compliance Data analytics experience and hands-on experience in usage of analytic and AI tools would be considered as an advantage

Ideally, you'll also have:

Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
Ability to organize and handle the team and transfer knowledge
Strong work initiative and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
Experience in professional services and market knowledge would be considered as an advantage
CFE/ACAMS/CIA/ACCA and/or other related qualification
Proficiency with other than English foreign languages (knowledge of Slovenian language is considered as an advantage)
