You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, collaborating with more experienced consultants to translate business needs into functional system configurations —contributing directly to the success of our Enterprise Business Solutions department through reliable, value-driven support.What you'll do:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration and customization
Client business requirements analysis
Collecting and documenting requirements
Creating project documentation
Participating in the technical presales process, preparing sales and tender documentation
Preparing and delivering client presentations and demos

What we expect:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field or relevant experience
Excellent analytical skills
Professional and responsible approach to work
Good English skills (both written and verbal communication)

Skills that will bring you extra points:

Working experience on IT projects for business departments (sales, marketing, customer service, call center, etc.)
End-to-end functional implementation experience - design through to go-live
Hands-on experience in configuration of IT systems
Experience with Microsoft Business Applications solutions
Microsoft Business Applications certificates
