We are looking for a Backend Engineer (Ruby on Rails) with expertise in building scalable web applications, designing RESTful APIs, and working with microservices architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database management, background job processing, and third-party integrations, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.What we expect:

Ruby on Rails (RoR): Strong experience in building scalable web applications.
REST API: Proficient in designing, implementing, and securing RESTful APIs.
Microservices: Expertise in building and maintaining microservices architectures.
Database Management: Strong data modeling, schema design, and migration experience.
Third-Party Integrations (must-have): Experience with webhooks and ingesting data from external vendors.
Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience building or maintaining CMS platforms.
Background Jobs: Proficiency with Sidekiq and similar.
Testing & QA: Strong knowledge of RSpec, Minitest, and CI/CD automation.
