- Design and execute marketing automation campaigns across the product-led customer journey (onboarding, engagement, conversion, retention).
- Review existing inbound marketing processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency.
- Monitor and measure email campaign performance, making data-backed recommendations for optimizations.
- Generate detailed campaign performance reports, focusing on key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversion.
- Assist in data selection and segmentation tasks, including the preparation of campaign criteria and verifying the compatibility of marketing automation systems.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and the Product team to launch campaigns for new product releases and share feedback on platform functionality.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication between the Marketing and Sales departments.
- Work closely with the Content, Brand and Design teams to enhance the quality and effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that CRM strategies and tools are fully integrated into the organization's overall approach.
- Work with the Event team to support global campaigns tied to major first-party and 3rd party events.
- Contribute to initiatives around product enablement, lead quality improvement, and compliance.
- Create and maintain standardized documentation for inbound marketing procedures.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing automation, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Experience with any marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo); familiarity with Moments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and CRM integrations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable with operational tasks and able to define and lead strategic initiatives.
- Curious, communicative, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
