- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You have a real hunter's instinct' with the ability to create interest and trust. You will be responsible for the early stages of your sales pipeline, opening doors, specifying our solutions and working in good cooperation with our distribitors to conclude the sales, in order to achieve your objectives.
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct meetings with key decision-makers
- Prepare and negotiate proposals
- Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
- Co-develop and refine market strategies
- Optimize sales tools and processes
- Adapt global initiatives for the local market
- Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
- Organize and participate in networking events

- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting
- Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery
- Represent company at industry events
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in B2G/B2B sales, preferably with disruptive technologies
- Experience managing sales agent networks
- Croatian and English conversational proficiency
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Croatia region.
