- Lead the end-to-end management of the enterprise data warehouse, including architecture, infrastructure, and performance
- Build and manage a high-performing team and continuous improvement
- Ensure the warehouse supports critical business functions across Finance, Risk, Compliance, AML
- Implement data governance, lineage, and quality controls in line with regulatory frameworks
- Define and implement data architecture, modelling, and warehousing best practices
- Build and manage a team of data engineers and architects
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Risk, Finance, Compliance, and IT to align data strategy with business needs
- Oversee data integration from core banking systems, payment platforms, CRM, and external sources
- Drive automation, monitoring, and optimization of data pipelines and processes
- Stay current with emerging data technologies, trends, and regulatory developments
- Experience in data warehousing or data engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within financial services or banking
- Experience managing large-scale data infrastructure supporting finance, risk, and regulatory reporting
- Excellent understanding of data governance frameworks, data security, and financial compliance requirements
- Ability to communicate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders
- To be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies in the field
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
- University degree (300 ECTS) with 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience in Big Data technologies - Apache Airflow, NiFi, Kafka, Hadoop, Spark
- Working knowledge of Cloud-based solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
