You will ensure a reliable and effective service delivery that meets (and exceeds) our customersâ expectations and will work to industry highest standards.In this role you will be working on a 24-7 shift pattern of 8 hour-shifts including a 9-week rotation (early â late â night shift), which will also include flexi-weeks, meaning flexible working hours as agreed with your team. All overtime work will be monitored and compensated, additional to our generous shift compensation plan.You will also manage routine plant inspections, act as a first-line response, and ensure that all work is done in line with standard regulations, health and safety guidelines, internal processes and procedures. You will be responsible for vendor (external partner) management, following the agreed contractual terms with our customers while aiming to improve the Power Usage Effectiveness score of our Data Centers.You will work together with different external and internal stakeholders such as the departments Service Planning, Implementation, Security; international teams such as the European Customer Center (ECC) and the Global Customer Center (GCC), but also 3rd party suppliers and our customers.Your Profile

Experienced in the electrotechnical field, authorized to manage electrical switch operations (mid voltage will be considered a plus)
Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in an electro technical or industrial / mechanical environment, working on complex electrical and mechanical infrastructures
Fluent English language skills, German would be considered a plus
Following technical skills are highly preferred:

Skilled with maintenance of large electrotechnical and/or mechanical systems
Expertise in electrical cabling, networks, and fiber optic installations
Knowledge and experience of fire detection and suppression systems
Knowledge in the operation of building management systems (BMS)
Knowledge in the maintenance of technical security systems (CCTV, access control)
Documentation and administration of operational work, while following standardized procedures and guidelines

Ability to evaluate risk and solve complex problems
Teamwork & Interpersonal skills
