Start date: May 2026
Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Duration: 12 months
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Work model: hybrid (3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Support collaboration between business teams and the Event and Learning Management team, including planning, coordination, and follow up of internal and external learning and event activities
Prepare, collect, and track event documentation in line with compliance requirements, and support post-event activities including documentation collection and basic reporting
Assist business teams with reports, presentations, and day to day operational tasks
Collaborate with therapy specialists and commercial teams to support ongoing initiatives and track timelines, actions, and approvals related to events and business activities
Gain exposure to different therapy areas and learn how Medtronic technologies impact patient care

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Recently graduated or in the final year of studies
Fluency in English and Croatian, with strong communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools and systems
Interest in healthcare, business operations, or event management, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities

Would be a plus:

Degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
Interest in compliance driven environment
Willingness to learn about medical technologies and patient impact
