Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and strategically oriented manager for the management of the Business IT Solutions Department, which includes the development, implementation and maintenance of key business applications and systems within a large and complex organization.Key responsibilities:
  • Leading and developing a team of ~80 IT professionals across multiple functional units.
  • Defining and implementing a strategy for the development of business IT solutions in accordance with the digital transformation of the company. IT project portfolio management - from initiative to delivery - including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management. Cooperation with business sectors to identify needs and opportunities for process optimization through IT solutions.
  • Responsibility for the stability, security and scalability of existing application systems (ERP, CRM, BI, HR, etc.).
  • Monitoring trends and innovations in the field of business IT solutions and their application in the organization.
  • Management of external partners and IT service providers.
Key competences and qualifications
  • A university degree in technical or business orientation (computer science, electrical engineering, economics or similar).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position in the field of business applications.
  • Experience in managing large teams and complex IT projects.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and their digitalization. Knowledge of modern technologies and architectures (e.g. cloud, integration platforms, agile methodologies).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Active knowledge of spoken and written English.
