- Providing body and facial care services

- Providing massage services
- Selling cosmetic products
- Managing complaints and finding the quickest and most efficient way of handling them to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Performing receptionist tasks at the wellness centre reception desk
- Performing regular cleaning in the wellness centre (pool, sauna, treatment room)
- Any other tasks suited to the employee’s level of expertise and which are directly related to contracted tasks, regardless of whether that task is listed as one of the employee’s tasks, as directed by their direct supervisor
- Secondary or undergraduate education with medical/cosmetic qualifications; completed cosmetics course
- Responsibility while performing tasks
