
Senior Project Manager

- Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives
- Implement and optimize delivery processes and workflows
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
- Work closely with the customer and the engineering team (including management) in order to shape a product or a business functionality
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
- Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Croatian
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies
- In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
