Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.We are looking for a Service Sales Support Specialist, who will be supporting the service sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied service solutions, tender documentation and commercial proposals. In this role you will be a part of Electrification Service Division, working in a dynamic environment with continuous development possibilities.Your responsibilities

Coordinating and processing requests for quotations and preparing sales/tender documentation.
Defining and describing main components and services based on customer needs.
Clarifying compatibility, feasibility, and availability for customer inquiries.
Preparing cost calculations as a basis for the customer-specific offers.
Supporting service sales and working closely with service project management.
Building technical expertise in life cycle management with product specialists, engineers and technicians.
Continuously improving the offering process.
Reviewing customer purchase orders, contacting vendors, recent graduates, customer support.

Your background

Engineering/Bachelor's degree or a degree in Economics.
At least 3 years experience in the area.
Knowledge of Public tenders procedures.
Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service and purchase orders.
Advanced level of MS Office skills.
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Croatian languages both written and spoken.
Strong learning ability, customer orientation, good sense of responsibility and personal integrity required.
