- Develop and execute key account management strategies to drive sales and market share for pharmaceutical product
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals (HCPs), hospitals, specialty clinics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to implement targeted promotional strategies.
- Provide scientific and commercial support to HCPs, ensuring they have up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct product training sessions and scientific presentations for key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all interactions and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and key account developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, or product specialist roles, preferably within rare diseases, innovative drugs, or generics.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights.
