Your areas of responsibilities:

Order processing via phone, email or EDI
Planning deliveries and following up on logistics issues
Supporting accounts payable and finance department
Main contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners (B2B)
Providing product information and handling customers complaints
Developing strong and trusted relationship with customers

Your profile of qualification:

Commercial education or college.
Native Croatian with very good English skills
Ideally strong work experience in customer service
Good MS Office knowledge, SAP would be a plus
Excellent communication skills, highly motivated, structured
Teamplayer
Able to work under pressure
Independent
