- Serve as the office's main representative and customer point of contact.
- Provide reception services, including greeting guests and managing inquiries professionally.
- Oversee site safety and security, including access control, CCTV, key management, and health & safety matters.
- Handle facilities administration, maintaining records, processing invoices, and assisting with office events.
- Manage office maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repair requests.
- Organize catering, mail services, office supplies, and third-party services.
- Supervise maintenance and cleaning contractors.
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks and inquiries efficiently.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Energetic and approachable, creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Croatian.
- Ability to adhere to site rules and regulations at all times.
