We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product manager / Product owner (m/f) ready to lead the development of the biggest regional event platform.Entrio operates in three countries across the region (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina). With our growth rate at over 50% per year, we’re on track towards our vision of becoming the number 1 event platform in Southeastern Europe.Our international team at Entrio is made up of 30 young people who are passionate about events, music, and technology. We enable hundreds of event organizers manage ticket sales and promotion, and optimize their events for success.Each year, we help over a million people enjoy the best regional concerts, conferences, festivals, matches, and performances.And that's more than 3,000 events yearly!What will you do:

Coordination of the internal development team as well as external development teams (design agencies, mobile developers, etc.)
Bilateral communication and coordination between business and development teams
Sprint planning
Management and leading of the Product backlog (receiving, prioritizing, and defining new features and bugs)
Management and leading of the Product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO (planning development, priorities, and projects)
Monitoring team performance (story points, velocity, burndown charts, burnup charts)
Organizing work and monitoring the team (leading daily + weekly meetings)
Optimizing and reevaluating existing processes, introducing new ones, and continuously innovating with the goal of enhancing efficiency, team satisfaction, and achieving business objectives
Researching product usage, needs, and user satisfaction (through online surveys, widgets, conversations, offline testing, and focus groups) among internal users (Entrio finance, sales, account, customer service, marketing) as well as external users and clients (event organizers and ticket buyers)
Selecting, implementing, and managing software tools and services for product development, project management and communication towards the business team (Jira, HotJar, Beamer, Savio.io, etc.)
Functional product testing and coordinating the testing process with the rest of the team
Participating in identifying new untapped business potentials
Writing product documentation

What does the team and work look like?

We operate using agile methodology.
Our core development team consists of 5 individuals (3 backend developers, 1 frontend, 1 tester) plus an external mobile developer, an external UX/UI/design agency, and occasional external dev partners on projects.

Requirements / Necessary skills:

At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner in an IT company.
Leading and motivating the team.
Creativity and innovation in generating product ideas.
Strategic thinking and vision for the product.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the Scrum framework and participation in applying agile methodology in product development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Above-average skills in prioritization, decision-making, and pragmatic problem solving.
Ability to set priorities and manage work in a dynamic environment such as the event industry.
Independence and goal-oriented.
Experience in configuring and working with IT project and product management tools, like JIRA, Beamer, etc.

Experience as a SCRUM master
