
Ad Operations Specialist

- Set up and launch ad and promos campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, using dashboards to identify optimization opportunities and proactively adjust.
- Develop and maintain ad reporting dashboards in cooperation with the BI team.
- Share campaign results and actionable insights with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform performance improvements; SQL skills are a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AppsFlyer, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Amazon Advertising.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
