Administrator in People Advisory Services (m/f)As a part of Tax team, our People Advisory Services provides individual tax planning, compliance services and advice on tax implications related to the mobility of employees into new locations as well as relevant corporate and employment tax planning.The opportunityWe are currently seeking for an Administrator in People Advisory Services team, which support our clients in administering their international assignment programs by delivering expatriate tax filing and assignment-related calculations, developing and implementing policies and strategic tax planning solutions; assisting clients with program administration (piecemeal or full outsourcing); advising on employee compensation, including foreign payroll issues, international implications of equity plans and providing other international assignment-related projects/services.Your key responsibilitiesAdministrative support to the client facing team which includes:
  • Supporting administrative tasks relating to tax return preparation by working with different EY databases and tracking tools
  • Performing new client and new contracts' set up in the system.
  • Issuing invoices for services performed
  • Processing information from clients in various formats, preparing various internal documents required for client delivery.
  • Occasional correspondence with clients and Croatian authorities in relation to administrative tasks
  • Weekly reports to the teams, managers etc.

  • Supporting sales/engagement teams with research and analysis
  • Preparing documents for the team to use in presentations.

  • Strong team player
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • High school diploma in public administration or economics or Degree in Social Sciences
  • Good spoken and written English and Croatian
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, coordination and time management skills
  • Accuracy, drive, reliability, flexibility, diligence and independence in work
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Service oriented approach to clients and colleagues
  • Open and communicative personality
