- Supporting administrative tasks relating to tax return preparation by working with different EY databases and tracking tools
- Performing new client and new contracts' set up in the system.
- Issuing invoices for services performed
- Processing information from clients in various formats, preparing various internal documents required for client delivery.
- Occasional correspondence with clients and Croatian authorities in relation to administrative tasks
- Weekly reports to the teams, managers etc.
- Willing to learn and continuously increase understanding of the scope of your role
- Developing good and effective communication with all team members, from assistants to executives
- Supporting sales/engagement teams with research and analysis
- Preparing documents for the team to use in presentations.
- Demonstrating high level both oral and written communication
- Strong team player
- High school diploma in public administration or economics or Degree in Social Sciences
- Good spoken and written English and Croatian
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, coordination and time management skills
- Accuracy, drive, reliability, flexibility, diligence and independence in work
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Service oriented approach to clients and colleagues
