- Develop and implement a HR policy that aligns with business objectives and growth plans.
- Establish procedures and policies related to HR issues.
- Map out HR processes (e.g., onboarding and offboarding of new employees, compensation process, etc.)
- Advise and support managers on HR issues, serving as the first point of contact for employees.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
- Contribute to the development.
- Identify and address HR challenges and provide solutions.
- Analyze business data and trends to identify HR needs and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, having been exposed to all aspects of the HR field.
- HR Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures to apply data analysis in the HR field successfully.
- Organizational and project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to change: Comfortable with change, flexible, and adaptable to new initiatives.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills to effectively present HR data to various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex HR issues and come up with creative solutions.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian or Croatian.
