- Provide exceptional support to our guests via inbound calls, emails, and chats - assisting with orders, payments, product inquiries, returns, promotions, account access, and technical questions, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience;
- Listen actively, empathize, and resolve guest concerns efficiently, always aiming to exceed expectations;
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed, ensuring smooth resolution;
- Confidently navigate multiple systems while keeping guests informed with clear and patient updates;
- Work independently yet collaboratively in a fast-paced, structured virtual environment with a full-time schedule, managing high volumes of guest interactions;
- Work shifts Monday through Sunday, between 9 am and 9 pm from our Zagreb office;

- Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 or native level);
- Friendly, empathetic attitude with strong communication and active listening skills;
- Ability to multitask while assisting guests and maintain professionalism at all times;
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- Solid computer skills and quick adaptability to new tools and processes;
- Positive mindset with eagerness to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher.
