Our core principles are excellence, responsibility, and trust; we're looking for those who live by them.We're looking for AI Team Lead who has a background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with experience in developing and implementing models and an understanding of analytical processes and business needs.What you'll do:
  • Monitoring project progress of team members and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identifying and removing obstacles that affect team efficiency and reporting to supervisors
  • Allocating resources across projects, setting priorities, and scheduling
  • Mentoring team members and supporting their professional development
  • Managing the team regarding recruitment participation, motivation, conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, performance evaluation, etc.
  • Planning development goals for team members
  • Promoting team culture, knowledge sharing, and skill development
  • Actively contributing to projects as a Tech Lead
  • Defining specific technical tasks and optimal software solutions based on analysis of client business requirements
  • Designing, planning, and adapting both simple and complex applications and solutions according to technical specifications and client expectations
  • Writing user-oriented technical documentation
  • Organizing and coordinating the project team, tracking tasks and processes
  • Collaborating with other teams within the division and across the organization
  • Monitoring and implementing best practices for team operations and software development

What we expect:
  • University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI solution development
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Experience working on complex projects and understanding the whole development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to identify technical solutions that bring business value
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
