Position of Customs & Logistics Specialist requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

Coordinating customs flows and being in daily contact with forwarder company.
Overseeing import/export custom clearance process and coordinating custom operations with custom brokers (Croatia & Serbia).
Preparing different logistics reports and analytics (PowerBI Global customs report, Intrastat report, Nadzorna knjiga).
Checking and creating long & short-term declaration.
Following up preferential status of the goods.
Following up customs KPI's.
Contributing and supporting different local and global projects.
Managing customs fees (Croatia & RS).
Daily monitoring of sanitary inspection procedures & coordination with forwarding agents/inspection.
Administrating costs: PO creation, booking of costs (SAP), and checking of customs codes.
Managing customs procedures related to simplification of pallet management.
Being responsible for stock reconciliation.
Managing claim, goods destruction, and inventory.

Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Has at least 2 years of experience in similar field
Has experience in customs procedure
Has great analytical skills and is resourceful
Is results oriented and has strong problem-solving abilities
Has strong organizational and time management skills
Has strong communicational and collaboration skills
Works with responsibility and autonomy
Has strong computer skills (MS Office)
Is fluent in English and Croatian language
Knowledge of different data analytics & visualization tools, and digital tools is an advantage (SAP, TMS, PowerBI, Google Analytics)
