- Manage AI solution delivery — Independently manage the implementation of AI and data-driven software solutions, coordinating cross-functional project teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Own project planning and execution — Oversee scope, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with team leads; monitor progress, risks, and ensure alignment with client and organizational goals
- Ensure client success — Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary point of contact during implementation, and ensure high satisfaction with delivered solutions
- Drive operational and financial performance — Manage project budgets, optimize internal costs, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting through internal tools and processes
- Support business growth — Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing projects and contribute to pre-sales activities, including risk assessment and scope definition
- Ensure compliance and quality — Apply best practices in project management adapted to AI/ML project specifics, while maintaining compliance with internal standards, information security, and GDPR
- 5+ years of experience in managing technology projects, with at least 2 years specifically managing AI, ML, or data-focused projects
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Agile)
- Familiarity with AI and ML technologies, including LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and data-driven systems
- Proven experience in leading technical project teams and managing complex stakeholder interactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent written and spoken English
- Valid category B driver’s license
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile certifications
