- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, interviews, offers).
- Oversee smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR matters.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, well-being, and company culture.
- Performance & Development
- Support the implementation of performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Policies & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and procedures.
- HR Operations
- Oversee contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll providers.
- Track HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, recruitment KPIs).
- Strategic Contribution (for more senior candidates)
- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Lead change management initiatives and drive HR-related projects.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR (generalist or managerial capacity).
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on operational tasks with strategic thinking.
